EVERYDAY AUTHORISATION

Bluetooth Fob Authorisation – Autowatch Ghost Classic Immobiliser

Ghost Classic uses the supplied Bluetooth fob to authorise the system before you start your vehicle. Simply carry your paired fob for convenient everyday use.

One Bluetooth fob is included. The system supports up to two paired fobs, allowing an additional fob to be added separately.

SMARTPHONE SUPPORT

Smartphone Authorisation Through the Ghost App

Pair a compatible smartphone using the free Ghost App to use your phone as an authorisation device.

Smartphone authorisation requires Bluetooth to be switched on and the app to be correctly configured. Ghost Classic supports up to two paired smartphones, providing flexibility for shared vehicles.

Compatible mobile-phone authorisation is an option with Ghost Classic. Your installer can demonstrate pairing and explain the security implications of leaving a paired device within range.

BACKUP AUTHORISATION

Personal Backup PIN & Emergency Code

A discreet service button allows a personal two-to-four-digit PIN to be configured. This provides a backup authorisation method if your fob is unavailable or its battery runs flat.

Your owner’s emergency card also provides an emergency authorisation code. We explain these features during your installation handover.

BETWEEN JOURNEYS

Automatic Arming

Ghost Classic automatically arms approximately 10 seconds after the ignition is switched off, helping protect your vehicle between journeys without needing to manually activate the system each time.

GARAGE AND MOT VISITS

Service Mode for Servicing, Repairs & MOTs

Service Mode allows a garage to start and move your vehicle without needing your Bluetooth fob, smartphone or personal PIN.

Once enabled, Service Mode remains active until manually switched off. Switching the ignition off or disconnecting the vehicle battery does not cancel it.

We demonstrate how to enable and disable Service Mode before you leave our workshop.

OPTIONAL UPGRADE

Bluetooth Siren

Upgrade your installation with an optional Bluetooth siren for an audible warning if the ignition remains switched on for more than 30 seconds without valid authorisation.

The siren is sold separately and is not included in the standard package.

The siren is optional; the standard package price does not include this upgrade.

PROFESSIONAL FITTING

Autowatch Ghost Classic Immobiliser Installation Time – Approximately 2 Hours

Your Ghost Classic installation typically takes approximately 2 hours at our UTL Performance workshop in Yardley, Birmingham.

Relax in our waiting area while we install, configure and test your system. Before you leave, we demonstrate its operation and answer any questions.

Workshop appointments may be available on the same day where availability and sufficient fitting time permit. Mobile appointments at eligible home or workplace locations require advance notice, generally at least four days.

Autowatch Ghost Classic Immobiliser Vehicle Compatibility

Ghost Classic can be fitted to a range of vehicles, including selected newer models, subject to our assessment. It also provides an option for vehicles without CAN bus control.

We review compatibility after your booking request and before installation. Please enter your vehicle make, model and year when selecting your appointment.

• One Bluetooth fob, professional supply and fitting, backup PIN setup, system testing and handover are included.

• The installer must verify vehicle suitability and any special installation requirements before fitting.
• Workshop fitting is available in Birmingham; mobile fitting at eligible locations is subject to advance notice and appointment approval.
• The Autowatch Ghost Classic Immobiliser is an immobiliser, not a vehicle GPS tracker or camera.
